Kevin Michael Oswald, is a fifteen-year old artist living in southwest suburban Chicago, who has sold over one hundred works of art to date.

He started drawing when he was as young as five years old. Kevin began painting in acrylic and watercolors when he was about 8 years old. He soon became increasingly interested in traditional oil painting techniques and history. He found oil paint better suited his style and subject matter than acrylic or watercolor paint. Over the next few years, he was allowed to freely develop his skill as an oil painter.

On November 25, 2003, Kevin was featured on ABC 7 Chicago's special segment with Mr. Harry Porterfield titled "Someone you Should Know." On January 4, 2004, he appeared in a front-page article in the local Star newspaper titled, "Orland Teen Shows Talent Early." He was featured again in the Southtown Newspaper on February 15, 2004 in a full-page story titled "An Art Master in the Making."

Kevin has shown his work in various Chicagoland galleries over the past years. Kevin contributes a portion of all his sales to Parkview Christian Church in Orland Park, Illinois. Kevin currently exhibits his work in annual Illinois based outdoor art fairs where he has been warmly received by the public.
